Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555..... Alan Lee Copeland, 57 year old Vinita resident, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016. Alan was born in Fresno, CA on July 9, 1959 to Franklin and Dolly (Bickford) Copeland. He worked as a truck driver and to all his trucking friends was known as "Snowball". He enjoyed building birdhouses, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and attending Cowboy Junction Church. Survivors include his wife Sue Copeland of the home, son Shawn Copeland and wife Angela of Pryor, siblings: Terrell Copeland and wife Sandra of Kellyville, OK, Deloris "Peanut" Loveall and husband Victor of Kellyville, OK, Frankey Copeland and wife Kay of Vinita, and two granddaughters Amelia Copeland and Avery Copeland. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Joyce Copeland, and grandson Lance Copeland. Memorial services will be hosted by the family at a later date.
