Alan Countryman

Alan Walker Countryman, 80 year old, Bernice Oklahoma resident passed away, Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Grove, Oklahoma. Alan was born on October 9, 1932 in Bernice, Oklahoma to Samuel and Oma (Lauderback) Countryman. After high school Alan proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was an avid fisher who also was very mechanical, especially on cars. Alan also loved to visit with family and friends. Alan was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Smith. Alan is survived by his son, Rick Countryman, of Lancaster, California, grandchildren Ryan, Cody and Hailey, as well as two brothers James Countryman and Wayne Countryman of California. Private family services for Alan will be held at a later date.
