Grove - Benjamin Kelly Sanders, lovable and loving spouse, father and son, was born in 1970 to Tom and Nancy Sanders, sharing his dad's birthday of October 15th in Enid Oklahoma. Thirty-six years old, Kelly died Saturday, June 16, 2007, at the home of his parents in Grove Oklahoma. Kelly is survived by his wife Jan, daughter Shawna, and two sons Tony and Tommy. Kelly's family resides in Georgetown, Texas. Sanders graduated from Grove High School in 1987 and attended Oklahoma State University. He married Jan Scott in Shawnee Mission Kansas in 1998, celebrated the birth of his son Tommy and adopted Shawna and Tony in 1999. Kelly loved his family and friends, music photography, and cooking. He worked in sales and installation with granite and marble in Kansas City and Georgetown before becoming disabled with rheumatoid arthritis. Sanders is survived by his wife, daughter and sons; also his parents Tom and Nancy Sanders of Grove; brother Mickey of Tulsa; maternal grandfather David S. Kauffman of Houston Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will be having a time of visitation from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home on Monday, June 18, 2007. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove with Brother Dick Weaver and Brother John Young officiating. The family has asked that memorial donations be made to Capital Area Food Bank of Texas, 8201 South Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78745 in Kelly's name.
