Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service. Betina Ann Tate, 49, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Jane Phillips Nowata Health Center. She was born December 5, 1966 in Nowata to Brian and Annetta (Sisson) Dye. Betina is a 1985 graduate of Nowata High School. She enjoyed traveling and sightseeing with her husband Bill Tate. She was a very loving wife, mother, and sister. She loved all of her family and held a special place in her heart for each one of them. Betina will be missed by all who knew her. Betina is survived by her husband, Bill of the home; her father, Brian Dye of Nowata; two children, William Tate and Amber Tate both of Nowata; three siblings, Brenda Owens, Brian Dye and Barbara Dye all of Nowata.
