Betty Swake

Betty Lou Swake, age 79, passed away on Sunday May 17, 2015 at Monroe Manor in Jay, Oklahoma. Betty was born on June 7, 1935 in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Chick and Jeannie (Blackbear) Wolf. Betty enjoyed cooking, picking and selling blackberries, going for drives and family dinners. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and sister Lucida Sharp. She is survived by her ten children; Billy Jack, Mary, Margie, Charles, Mikey, Robert, Lee, Connie and Donny. Betty was blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even five great-great-great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 21, 2015 both at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. Betty will be laid to rest at Butler Cemetery.
