Betty White

Betty Virginia White 68 year old resident of Chelsea, died Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the Claremore Nursing Home. She was born November 3, 1940 in Cleora to Pascal Quincy and Alta Meda (Nelson) Russell. Betty was married to Wayne Oliver White on June 17, 1972 in Vinita. She had previously been employed by the Hydro-Hoist Boat Lift Company in Claremore. Betty enjoyed gardening and raising rabbits. The family includes: her husband Wayne White of the home, a daughter, Debra Hogan of Chelsea, her mother Alta Collins of Afton, two brothers, Ray Russell and wife Joyce of Oklahoma City, Charles Russell and wife Carolyn of Vinita, one sister Brenda Trimble and husband Larry of Afton, also numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father Pascal Quincy Russell, Brothers; James Russell & Ralph Russell. And Step-Father Robert Collins. The funeral will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Luginbuel Chapel with Pastor Kevin Baker officiating. Interment will follow at the Timpson Chapel Cemetery.
