Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma 918-786-2261. Billy "Doug" Hulse, 75, passed away on November 27, 2016 at Integris Grove Hospital in Grove, Oklahoma. Doug was born on August 1, 1941 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was the son of Bill H. and Emogene (Fuller) Hulse. After graduating from high school, Doug proudly served in the United States Navy. He furthered his education by attending Trade Schools. He relocated to the Grove area in 1993, coming from Kansas City. Doug was a business owner, developer and contractor in the construction industry. He was a member of the Cross Wired Church. Doug was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jerry Michael Hulse. He is survived by his son; Jeffrey Brian Hulse of Springhill, Kansas, three grandchildren; Hannah Michelle Hulse, Gregory Allen Fell, Brandon Michael Roberson, and one great grandson, Braden Gregory Fell. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service starting at 5:00 p.m., services starting at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016, both at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove, Oklahoma with Pastor Russell Brisco officiating.
