Bonnie Darlene (Parker) Englert, 81-year-old resident of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on October 18, 2021, at Integris Grove Hospital.
Bonnie was born on December 6, 1939, in Afton, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Alva and Lola (Smith) Parker. She was united in marriage to Wilford L. Englert in 1957. Bonnie and her twin sister Connie owned and operated the Catfish Café for several years. She also worked for Grove Public schools in the cafeteria and was the very first female bus driver. Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, she was an excellent cook, she adored her grandchildren, and was an avid PBR bull-riding fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister Connie Roberts, two brothers: Leon Parker and Robert Parker. She is survived by her husband Wilford of the home, her two children: Renae Rabe and her husband John of Grove, John Englert and wife Cindy of Zena, her sister Peggy Gillett of Grove. She was blessed with six grandchildren: Luke Englert, Jake Englert, Trenton Rabe and Tobie Rabe, Shasta Rabe and Selena Woods and four great grandchildren: Lybbe Englert, Cayden Rabe, Brantley Rabe and Emma Rabe. She will also be dearly missed by her beloved dog Tinker Bella.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 Thursday, October 21, 2021. Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, Friday, October 22, 2021 both at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove.
