Carl Dean Hill Obit
Carl Dean Hill, age 80, passed away on May 26, 2021 in Joplin, Missouri.
Carl was born on November 23, 1940 in Fairland Oklahoma. He was the son of Henry Hill and Arrowanna (Baker) Hill. Carl moved to Montana to work on a ranch during his junior and senior years of high school. He later joined the US Army and was deployed to Germany. Carl worked for Farm Land Industries starting at the bottom and working up to Plant Manager. Carl later owned and operated Hill’s Corner Market. When he sold the market, Carl retired but worked part time for Tom Cat Store. He raised and butchered rabbits, raised cattle, raised and fought game chickens during retirement.

Son Dolyle Hill and wife Marilyn, stepsons Brent Shellman and wife Yvonne, Darin Robinson and Jack Wheeler.
Daughters Schelby Welch and husband Rick, Candy Winfrey and husband Randy, stepdaughter Tanya Bein.
Brother: Larry Langston and wife Jody.
Sister Patricia Martin and husband Ed, Wynetta Solomon and husband Mark.
Grandchildren: Christina, Sierra, Lakota, Makayla, Caitlin, Samuel, Lacy, and Courtney.
Great-grandchildren: Kyzer, Kreedyn, Emyri, Elam, Maizey, Elsie, Morgen, Aubree, Maddux, Kendry, Deegan, and Keeton.
He was preceded in death by his dad Henry, his mother Arrowanna, Stepmom Lodema Hill, wife Sandra Hill and brother Perry Hill.
A visitation will be at 11:00 am on Friday June 4, 2021 at the Hickory Grove Gym with a Memorial service to follow at 12:00 noon.
Arrangements under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
