Carla Brittain

Carla Kim Brittain transitioned to heaven on December 23, 2022, due to complications from emphysema. She was 61 years young.

Carla was a light and the epitome of love. She lived a life of love and kindness and it was seen everywhere she went and with everyone she touched. She never met a stranger and would create bonds wherever she went with her big heart, infectious loud laugh, and adventurous zest for life. She had a Bible verse for every occasion. Carla was a geological draftsman, a dog groomer, a bartender, a banker, and various positions in retail and management, but was more defined by her dedication to spreading love and kindness and helping children and others learn and grow.

Carla is survived by her daughter Carlie Ruth, adopted son Jacob, and her five sisters: Kathy, Terri, Nancy, Lori, and her twin Karen and her husband Don.
