Catherine's Catholic Church in Nowata with Father Jose officiating. Interment will follow at Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials in Catherine's name may be sent to the 1033 Wheelchair Van. Catherine Josephine Mock, 88, of Nowata, passed away March 20, 2014 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville. She was born September 11, 1925 in Delaware to Susan (Menz) and Henry Rohrs. Catherine graduated from Delaware High School. She went on to attend Coffeyville Junior College. Catherine helped on the family dairy and was a homemaker. She was a long time member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Nowata. She enjoyed gardening; sewing & quilting; working puzzles; feeding the birds and caring for her family. Catherine is survived by four children, Bill Mock and his wife Brenda of Coffeyville, James Mock of Nowata, Phyllis and her husband Bill Temple, Marjorie White of Broken Arrow; a brother, Myron J. Rohrs; two sisters in law, Nadine Rohrs and Lucille Mock; seven grandchildren, Mark Temple and his wife Shelli, Jena and her husband Josh Pulsifer, Christopher Heath and his wife Amy, Mary and her husband Ron Tejral, John Mock and his wife Angela, Joni White, Danielle Lowrey; ten great grandchildren, Lincoln Pulsifer, Kailen McConnell, Fallyn McConnell, Patience Mock, Andrew Tejral, Anja Tejral, Gianna Tejral, Eileen Tejral, Kieran Tejral, Kolbe Tejral. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Susan Rohrs; her husband, Joseph William Mock; a son, Donald Joseph Mock; a daughter, Geralyn Marie Heath; two sisters, Freda Beason and Mary Brousseau; a brother, Andrew Rohrs; a granddaughter, Gail Mock.
