Charles “Richard” Graham
Richard Graham age 92, of Grove, OK passed away in his home near Grove on Saturday February 8, 2020. The son of Carl William Graham and Mable Pearl Fields Graham, he was born on November 25, 1927 in the Dodge Community near Grove, OK. Richard married Dolores Evelyn Laubach on December 31, 1949 in the First Baptist Church, Afton, OK. He worked for the Oklahoma Natural Gas Co as a transmission foreman for 38 years. He moved to Grove in 1995. Richard loved fishing and cleaning fish. In the last 21 years, according to his journals, he caught and cleaned over 38,000 fish, 792 squirrels, and 14 deer.
Preceding in death were his parents, a sister; Juanita and husband Ben Black, and a brother; Roy and wife Betty Graham
Surviving are his wife Dolores, a daughter Mary Elaine Kennedy and husband, Dee, in Riverside, CA, a son Richard Wayne Graham and wife, Ruth, in Grove,OK, granddaughters; Shelley Kennedy, Ami Kennedy, and Janette Taber, grandson; Jeff Graham and wife Lori, great-granddaughters Mikayla Pok, Katelyn Pettit, Evelyn Taber, and Samantha Taber, great-grandson; Nathan Graham, Great-great grandsons; Archie Pettit and Clark Pettit. A Brother; Harold Graham and wife, Trish, and a sister; Mary Gougler
The funeral will be at 1:30 on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in the Butler Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Fields Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 6-8 pm in the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.Honoringmemorries.com
