Claudette Talley

Claudette was born on December 12, 1935 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Jimmy Reese and Beatrice Shroff Reese. She received her education in the Bartlesville schools, graduating from College High School, now Bartlesville High School. Claudette and Ross Talley were united in marriage on December 29, 1978 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma and they have made their home here. Mrs. Talley retired in 1982 as Manager of Braum's Restaurant. Claudette was a member of the West Oak Baptist Church. She enjoyed collecting antiques and most of all, spending time with children, grandchildren and other family members. Claudette is survived by her husband, Ross of the Bartlesville home; her children Belinda Knox and husband, Tim, of Wichita, Kansas, Gary Armstrong and wife, Kasha of Dewey, Oklahoma, Bruce Talley and wife, Teresa, of Bartlesville, Cheryl Shamble and husband, John, of Bartlesville and Cindy Groves and husband, Sam, of Mustang, Oklahoma, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her lifelong best friend, Barbara Winget. Claudette was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Tommy Reese. Come and go visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home. Services for Claudette will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 28 in the West Oak Baptist Church, 1536 NW Sunset Blvd., Bartlesville. Pastor Ken Peace will be the officiant. Interment will follow the service in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
