Cleora Harris

Monkey Island - Cleora Adelle (Price) Harris, age 85, died November 28, 2007 at Integris Grove General Hospital in Grove, Oklahoma. Cleora was born January 21, 1922 to Walter M. and Georgiana (Blakely) Price in Tulsa. She attended Union High School & graduated from Tulsa University with a music major. She married Oscar Bedford Harris on August 31, 1942 in California. Cleora was a member of the Monkey Island Fire Department Woman's Auxillary She is survived by: 1 Brother, Walter Price and his wife, Sandy of Omaha, 2 sisters, Georgiana Di Mauro of Staten Island, N.Y., Mary Ella Sutton and her husband, Jack of Palo Alto, Calif., 2 sons, Charles Oscar Harris and his wife, Leeann of Monkey Island, John Richard Harris and his wife, Judy of Monkey Island, 1 granddaughter, Lindsay Grissett and her husband Sean of Claremore, 2 grandsons, Lance Stephenson and his wife, Karen of Tulsa, Chris Harris and his wife, Lucinda of Arma, Kansas, 6 great grandchildren, Brenin 13, Raegan 7, Amy Elizabeth 3, Lilly 9 months, Austin 14 & Chloe 5 & her beloved companion & pet, Button. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Oscar, her daughter, Elizabeth Stephenson, her sister, Theone Cole. The family would like to thank the staff of Integris Grove General Hospital for their loving care of Cleora. An Open visitation will be held Sunday, December 2, 2007 at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, December, 3, 2007 at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home, 711 S. Main St., Grove, Oklahoma, followed by a burial at 2:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Cemetery, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
