Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, Oklahoma (918) 256 - 5555 ~ Clifford "Arvell" Eaton, age 71, a longtime resident of Vinita, Oklahoma, passed away at his home Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Arvell was born in Vinita on March 13, 1944, to his parents Clifford Buffington and Hattie Mae Eaton. He served his country in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge. On March 18, 1995 he married Eran Morgan in Nowata, Oklahoma. He worked for BAMA Pies in production for many years. Arvell enjoyed watching sports and especially football, but most of all he treasured his family and time spent with them. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Stella Madlock; Arvell is survived by his wife Eran of Tulsa; one son, Hank "Hankie" Boyd of Tampa, Florida; one daughter, Rhonda Howard of Tampa, Florida; four brothers, Richard Eaton (Venessa), Bartlesville, Oklahoma; James (Eaton) Sanders, Vinita; Ronnie Eaton, Dallas, Texas; and Bobby Lee Hardrick, Vinita; three sisters, Jean Williams, Springfield, Missouri; Maxine Arnold, Norman, Oklahoma; and Gladys Smith (Nathan), Austin, Texas; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. The family will greet friends at visitation from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Luginbuel Funeral Home. The Funeral will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Farris Downing, officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, Oklahoma.
