Clyde Miller

Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita 918-256-5555 Clyde L. Miller, 64 year old well known Vinita resident, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Craig General Hospital. He was born on January 11, 1952 in Oswego, Kansas to Willie and Lethe Bell (Wright) Miller. Clyde attended Vinita schools and served his country in the United States Army. He was employed Craig County District #3, working for Commissioner Dan Peetom. Clyde had worked for Craig County for over 30 years. He was very active in the Vinita Little League and the Vinita Youth Recreation for nearly 40 years. Clyde coached and refereed numerous sports all those years. He loved to fish, watch OU Football games, most of all he loved his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family includes: his wife Gina of the home; children Gary Miller of Enid, Vanessa Miller of Springdale, Arkansas, Jennifer Myers and husband Jake of Nowata, Michael Miller of Vinita; grandchildren, Dylan Miller, Kody Miller, Skilar Miller, Gage Miller, Julianna Myers, June Myers; great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Miller and Kacen Miller. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. The celebration of life service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Craig County Community Center in Vinita with Pastor Freddy Griffin officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Vinita. Friends may give to the Vinita Little League; PO.
