Connie Fugate

Connie Fugate, 52, a resident of Ochelata, died Monday, June 21, 2010 at Jane Phillips Medical Center. Connie is survived by her husband Charles David Fugate of the home, her mother Charlene Cook of Bartlesville, four children, Danny Fugate Sr. of Oklahoma City, Melinda Webb of Ochelata, Charlene Dewey of Bartlesville and Sabrina Fugate of Bartlesville, fourteen grandchildren, Jessica Fugate, Dannyelle Fugate, Mileena Wickham, Danny Fugate Jr., Breanna Boucher, Tylor Boucher, David Boucher, Anthony Boucher, Katrina Fugate, Logan Dewey, Mataya Fugate, Quentin Fugate, Victoria Fugate and Kaden Fugate, and one brother Donnie Cook Jr. of Dewey. Funeral services for Mrs. Fugate will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Pentecostal Tabernacle in Bartlesville. Burial will follow in the White Rose Cemetery.
