Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK 918-253-3222. Crystal Johnson, 34 year old Gravette, Ar, resident passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015. Crystal was preceded in death by her parents(Jack & Becky Johnson), maternal grandparents(William & Marie Buzzard), paternal grandparents (Frank & Blanche Johnson), and several aunts and uncles. Crystal is survived by her two sons, Koda & Triton, one daughter Keilei, of the home, and one brother Billy Johnson of Gravette Ar., special aunt and uncle Stella & Bo Roberts of the home and a special friend Tiffany Stanbery of Jay, OK. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Crystal was born on March 4, 1981, in Gravette Ar, to Jack and Becky (Buzzard) Johnson. She graduated from Jay High School in 1999. Crystal enjoyed spending time with family and friends, but above all else, she adored her children and loved taking them to the movies and the creek. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11: 00 am at Worley Luginbuel Funeral home Chapel in Jay, OK. Interment to follow at Round Springs Cemetery in Eucha, OK. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, OK.
