Dale Goins

Dale Keith Goins, 63 year old Jay resident, passed from this life, Tuesday, August 10, 2021. He was born in Jay, to his parents Earl Keith and Lula Mae (Gordon) Goins on June 6, 1958.

Dale was employed by NAPA Auto Parts for 39 years, where he was very loved and well known by many friends and family, for his service to his community. Others knew Dale from the Picture of Scripture Amphitheater, where he volunteered for more than 20+ years. He had a big heart and loved spending time with his grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews. He also liked to roller skate, and the thrill of an exciting roller coaster ride. He visisted every location of 6 Flags, except California. Dale touched the lives of so many people and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Keith and Lula Mae (Gordon) Goins.

He is survived by his children: Mitchell Ryan Goins and Stephanie Lanae Goins. He also leaves two brothers, Randy Goins and wife Sid, of Salina; Rick Goins and wife Destini of Jay; two sisters, Lycretia Eisenmann of Jay, and Darla Miller and husband Greg of Welch; grandchildren include Kaeden, Lilly, Nevaeh, and Charlie. Also several nieces and nephews.

We will be having a celebration of his life from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Jay City Park.  It will be a potluck event, please bring your own lawn chair and come join the family and friends as they share memories and celebrate Dales life. The pool will also be open for swimming.
