Donald Herman Kuehn, age 64, of Childers, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on April 10, 2020. He was born October 16, 1955, in Coffeyville, Kansas to Vernon and Gloria (Yeubanks) Kuehn. Don was a lifelong South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, and Childers, Oklahome resident. He graduated from Lenapah High School and attended Tri-County Tech where he studied to be a machinist. Don worked for John Deere in Coffeyville for 30 years before retiring in 2009. He married Cindy Ann Belden on November 23, 1991, in Nowata. Don was a member of Trinity Church in Nowata, where he served as Sunday School Superintendent, as well as Youth Leader and served in many capacities of the Church. Don loved to fish, have fish fries with family and the Church. He was a very social person and loved talking and making new friends. Most of all he loved his family. His mother, wife, children, grandchildren, and other family each had a special place in his heart. He loved them unconditionally. Don was a speical man and will be missed by all that knew him.
Preceding Donald Kuehn in death are his father, Vernon Kuehn, and grandson, Deylon Kuehn.
Surviving Mr. Kuehn are his mother, Gloria Kuehn; wife, Cindy Kuehn; children, Jason Kuehn and wife Amber of Independence, Kansas, Jeff Kuehn of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, Jelaina Kuehn of Coffeyville, Kansas, Jerron Kuehn and wife Beth of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, Chris Allen and wife Bailey of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Amy Farris and husband Craig of Nowata, Oklahoma, Matthew Kuehn and wife Eliza of Coffeyville, Kansas; 12 grandchildren; siblings, Gerald Kuehn and wife Barbara of South Coffeyville, Terry Kuehn and wife Sherre of Wann, Oklahoma, Jimmy Kuehn of South Coffeyville, Derrick Kuehn and wife Kristen of South Coffeyville, Sherri Smith and husband Benny of Rudy, Arkansas, Connie Trotter of South Coffeyville, along with many other relatives and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Ball Cemetery. Due to the limits of 10 people at the graveside we will have the casket set up at the entrance to Ball Cemetery. Anyone that would like to show their condolences to the family may drive by the cemetery, honk and wave as you go by on Hwy. 28. All are invited to stop by Benjamin Funeral Home, 114 W.
