Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK 918-253-3222. Donna Elaine Witt, age 65, passed away on November 19, 2015 at her residence in Jay Oklahoma after battling a long illness. Elaine was born on July 21, 1950 in Jay, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Mitchell "Bud" and Lois Marie (Lambright) "Boots" Earp. Elaine attended and graduated from Jay high school in 1968. She served as the Treasure for Delaware County for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents Bud & Boots Earp, her husband Jerry Witt, her son James Mitchell Witt, and her brother Mitchell Earp. Elaine is survived by her daughter Tammy Witt-Hooker and her husband Shawn and Laci Dawn Witt, her brother Darrell Earp and four sisters; Janet Dunham, Paula Barnes, Patti Stump and Becky Mease. Elaine was blessed with eight grandchildren; McKenzie Morrison, Teddie Hooker, Blake Hooker, Olivia Hooker, Malichi Witt, McKellon Denny, McHaven Denny, River Little and five great grandchildren; Sebastin Morrison, Jax Hackett, Nehemiah Hooker, Caden Hooker and Khi Hooker. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 29, 2015 at O'Field Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma.
