Gone Too Soon - We love you, Eric

After an unthinkable tragedy, Eric Dannels Stampfli was called home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 31, 2022, at the age of 35. His family and friends find some comfort in knowing Eric had rededicated his life back to Christ and was baptized just a few days previous. What a joyous day it was!

Even though Eric is gone too soon, we can celebrate his love of Christ and his two wonderful sons who he loves dearly, Aiden Stampfli and Keegan Stampfli. Eric was born to Dena Tolle and Allan Stampfli in 1987 in Freeport, IL. Eric loved creating things from an amazing meal to carpentry to music from the depths of his heart. He had an incredible zest for life and could find humor in all circumstances.

Eric is preceded in death by two uncles Eric Stampfli and Richard Stampfli and his Grandfather Larry Phinney. He is survived by his father Allan Stampfli, 2 children, his Grandmother Linda Phinney his brother Jonathon Tolle and his parents Dena and Gordon Tolle along with aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will start at 12 p.m. with services starting at 1:00 pm on November 11, 2022, at Grove Christian Center. Interment will follow at Olympus North Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com
