Ethan Jack

Ethan Lee Jack, age 16, died on February 10, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ethan was the son of Everett Lee Jack, Jr. and Sherry Diane (Turnbough) Hodges. He was born on April 8, 1995 in Vinita, Oklahoma. Ethan was a student at Afton High school. He enjoyed writing songs, drawing; carpentry; three-wheeling and hanging out with his friends. Ethan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Clyde and Essie Turnbough, his paternal grandfather Everett Jack, Sr.; Grandfather Gerald Hodges, and his brother David Hodges. Ethan is survived by his father Everett Jack, Jr. and his wife Cindy; his mother Sherry Diane Hodges and her husband Michael, his son Kodiak M. Jack, two brothers Joseph Jack; Michael Hodges, Jr. and his wife Nicholle, two sisters Tiffani Murry and her husband Jordan and Amanda Miller and her husband Kevin, and Grandmother Mary Hodges. Ethan was also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and many other loving family members. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2012 at the Afton High School Gymnasium with Reverend Kenneth Cope officiating.
