Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma 918-253-3222. Evelyn L. (Neale) Allen, 79, passed away on January 11, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Evelyn was born on April 14, 1937 in Benton County Arkansas. She was the daughter of J.D. and Virgie M. (Mayberry) Neale. She was united in marriage to Richard "Duane" Allen on February 19, 1955. Evelyn worked along side her husband for many years in the Dairy Farming Industry east of Jay, Oklahoma. After retirement, Duane and Evelyn moved to Watts, Oklahoma. Evelyn enjoyed fishing, traveling with Duane, spending time with her family. She was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents J.D. and Virgie Neal, and one son Ricky Allen. She leaves behind to miss her dearly; her husband of 62 years, Richard Duane Allen of the home, one son Larry Allen and his wife Kathy, two daughters; Brenda Busse and her husband Richard and Sherri Norman, one brother Louie Neale and his wife Ann. Evelyn was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 5-7PM, at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, Oklahoma. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2016 at Gum Springs Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Evelyn will be laid to rest in Mt. Hermon Cemetery in Jay, Oklahoma.
