Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma 918-253-3222.Floyd Wayne Forman, 63 year old resident of Jay, Oklahoma, went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 28, 2017. Floyd was born on February 17, 1954 in Lamar, Colorado. He was the son of Turner and Lula (Botts) Forman. He was united in marriage to Kaye Foster in April of 1976. Floyd was employed as a heavy equipment operator, and worked in both district's #2 and #3 for Delaware County. In Floyd's spare time, he enjoyed any and everything to do with cars; from racing to paint and body work. He was a 5 time champion dirt track racer, known as the "Cherokee Outlaw". He raced everything that had wheels starting with tricycles to model cars up to stock cars. The only thing that could beat him was a flat tire. He was always up for going to the flee markets and stopping at yard sales. Floyd was a member of the Clouds Creek Baptist Church. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kaye Forman of the home, his children Vicki Passmore and her husband Darrell of Jay, Tammy Forman and her husband Kevin of Jay, Shelly Forman and husband Sonny Owl of Stillwell, Michael Forman of Grove. He also leaves behind two brothers Tim Forman and his wife Tammy of Kansas and Kevin Forman and his wife Tammy of Jay, one sister Sharon Janes and her husband Bill of Colcord. Floyd was blessed with ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 pm, Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Jay-Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, July 3, 2017 at Clouds Creek Cemetery with Pastor Christopher Mammedaty officiating. Honoring Floyd's life serving as casket bearers will be Darrell Passmore, Rodney Shotpouch, Joseph Beck, Eric Hayes, Terry Mouse, and Dustin McKibben. Honorary casket bearers will be Brandon Mouse, Kevin Forman, Michael Forman and Tavian Owl.
