Frances Lucille Smith, 77 years of age, passed on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at her residence in Nowata, Oklahoma.

Francis was born July 4, 1941 in Nowata, Oklahoma to Jesse "Jake" John Bowden and Johanna "Josie" Bell Bowden (Lynch). Frances was educated in Nowata, Oklahoma. After Francis graduated she then moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin where she lived for 18 years before moving back to Nowata in 1976.

Frances married Dorwin Tevebaugh in 1958 in Nowata, Oklahoma. She later married Doug Smith. Frances and Dorwin have 4 children to this union. Frances worked in Retail Sales and was the top sales clerk for Dillard's for 15 consecutive years. Her hobby was to refurbish and repurpose antique furniture. This is something she enjoyed spending her spare time on.

Frances leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Toni Sue Raymaker-Peterson husband Donald of Green Bay Wisconsin, Michael Tevebaugh of Longmont, Colorado, Jack Tevebaugh of Green Bay Wisconsin, Kenneth Tevebaugh wife Stacy of Nowata, Oklahoma. Grandchildren Patrick Raymaker, David Raymaker, Courtney Tevebaugh, Cody Tevebaugh,. William Tevebaugh. Great grandchildren Jayden, Addyson, Riley, Lillian, Benjamin. Siblings include two sisters Joann Price (Chuck) Bartleville, Oklahoma and Barbara Anderson (Gerald) of Arkansas.

Francis was proceeded in death by her parents, her siblings, brother Sonny Bowden, and sister Mary Lou Bowden.
