Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita, 918 -256 - 5555……Georgia Evelyn (Moore) Theys passed away January 11, 2018 at Ketchum, Oklahoma. She was born April 01, 1931 in Dewey, Oklahoma the daughter of James Frances Moore and Elnora M. (Vanderhoof) Moore. Georgia was educated at Grove High School, Grove, Oklahoma. In 1946 she married Edward H. Theys in Sedan, Kansas. She was a motel owner of Thunderbird Lodge in Atoka and homemaker. Georgia enjoyed crafting, sewing, square dancing and homemaker. Georgia and Ed loved to go fishing together. Georgia was preceded by her mother, father, husband and one son Dan Theys, two sisters Jewel Steeper and Goldie Foster. She is survived by two sons Michael Theys and wife Lorena of Nowata, Oklahoma and David Theys and wife Billie of Flower Mound, Texas, Seven grandchildren and one daughter-in-law Janie Theys. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm, Monday January 15, 2018 at Community Christ Church of Vinita with Pastor Don Goettel officiating. Arrangements by Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita.
