Glen Cheatham, Jr

Glen Leslie Cheatham, Jr. 80-year-old resident of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on Jun 8, 2021 at Betty Ann Nursing Home.

Glen was born on January 30, 1941, in Perkins, Oklahoma.  He was the son of Glen and Edna E. (Roberts) Cheatham.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa.  Glen worked as the assist manager for the Port of Catoosa for several years. He then became the Director of Water Ways for Oklahoma Department of Transportation, retiring after 20 years of service.  Glen enjoyed golfing, wood working, gardening, boating, and fishing.

Glen is survived by his wife Sharyn (Ferre) Cheatham, two children Kelly Lynne Morgan and husband Brian, and Les Cheatham all from Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Glen was blessed with four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Glen will be interred at Olympus Cemetery next to his parents. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
