Grace Lyons

Grace Ann Lyons passed away Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas. Grace Ann (Couch) Lyons was born in Nowata, OK on September 20, 1936 to William Chester Couch and Eleanor Louise (Hayworth) Couch. Grace Ann graduated from the Nowata High School in 1954. Grace Ann married Walter Patrick Lyons on September 9, 1956. They had two sons, Lynn Alan and Steven Patrick. Ann lived in Oklahoma City, OK from 1971 until April of 2000. Since then, she has lived in Olathe, Kansas with her son Steve and his family. She was employed with the IRS for 17 years. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, and her husband. Ann is survived by her two sons and their wives, Lynn and Kendra Lyons of Lewisville, TX, and Steve and Penny Lyons of Olathe, KS; by seven grandchildren, Nicole, Brocke, Megan, Allison, Brittany, Sterling, Saige; and by one sister, Betty Sise of Bartlesville, OK.
