Harold Wadley

Harold Lynn Wadley passed away on October 11, 2019 in Tulsa, Ok. He was born January 22, 1945 in Pryor, OK the son of Alfred Wadley and Mary (Wilkerson) Wadley. Harold was raised and attended school in Pryor where he was active in the Boy Scouts and played the French horn in the band. He attended Northeastern State College obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Harold worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell Accounting Firm, and later for Blue Cross Blue Shield as a hospital auditor. He spent the remainder of his working years as an Certified Internal Auditor for PSO. Harold married Patricia Gail (Charles) Tullis March 12, 2005.  He was a member of the South Grand Lake Christian Church Disciples of Christ.  Harold was an avid Harley rider, enjoyed golfing, fishing at his lake home and wood working. He was always working on a project and doing repairs.

Harold was preceded by his mother and father, sisters Frances Wadley, Mary Ann (Wadley) Vandervort and the mother of his children Gail Marie (Miller) Wadley.

Survivors include his wife Patricia Wadley of the home South Grand Lake, OK; daughter Jamye Bailey and husband John of Broken Arrow; son Jason Wadley of Tulsa; sister Carolyn (Wadley) Davies of Pryor; brother Dennis Wadley of Collinsville; step-daughter Staci Cooper and husband James; step-sons Brent Tullis and wife Kathryn, Chad Tullis and wife Sherri; nine step-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

There will be visitation 5:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday October 18, 2019 at the South Grand Lake Christian Church Disciples of Christ with Reverend Gina Jackson officiating, burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery Pryor, Ok.
