Benjamin Funeral Service Nowata, Oklahoma....... Funeral services for Harry "Gene" Eugene King are 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 16, 2018, with Jason Calahan officiating. Interment will be held at Wann Cemetery in Wann, Oklahoma. Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Benjamin Funeral Home in Nowata, Oklahoma. Harry "Gene" Eugene King, 66, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at his home in Wann, Oklahoma. He was born July 4, 1951 in Coffeyville, Kanas to Harry and Aline (Miller) King. On March 12, 1971, he married the love of his life, Shirley. Harry worked at Standard Motor Products in Independence, Kansas where he was a press operator and die setter until his retirement. He enjoyed going fishing, boating, spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandsons and one great granddaughter. Harry had many friends and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Harry is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Aline King; One brother; Bob King: One sister; Sandy Harris and a brother-in-law Bill Harris Harry is survived by his wife, Shirley King of the home; two children; Richard King and his wife Nikki of Wann, Oklahoma and Tim King also of Wann, Oklahoma; three Grandchildren; Blake King of Wann, Oklahoma and Bryce King of Copan, Oklahoma, Ashlee Roe of Copan, Oklahoma; and One Great Granddaughter; Paislee King of Copan, Oklahoma Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com.
