Ira Kirkendall

Ira James Kirkendall, age 27, began making his way to Our Creator, Friday, March 15, 2012. Ira, a member of the Pawnee Tribe, was born in Claremore, OK, and lived his younger years in Tulsa, OK. He was employed for five years at AXH Air Coolers in Claremore, OK. Ira resided in White Oak, OK, with his wife Bianca Thomas Kirkendall, son, Thomas and daughter Billie, where he loved God's nature. He is preceded by his father Thomas Kirkendall. He is survived by his mother Mary Fields Tetrick and husband Matt of Catoosa; brothers T. J. and Eric Kirkendall also of Catoosa; sister Rosie and husband Stew Lewis of Talala, OK; Grandmothers Marie Maytubby of Glenpool and Joan Kirkendall of Stillwater. There are numerous neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, and brotherly friends who will miss Ira dearly. The Family will receive friends at the home Saturday and Sunday. The funeral service will be held Monday March 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the family cemetery near White Oak. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
