Janice Faye Mattingly

Janice Faye Mattingly, 75, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024. She was born in Sulphur, OK on June 18, 1948, to Thomas Burl Mattingly and Linnie Mae (Chandler) Mattingly. Janice served in the US Army from 1967-1968 as a clerk and typist. She later worked as a truck driver. Janice was a strong and independent woman. For years she lived off the land in the mountains near Gilmore, OK. 

Janice is survived by her daughter Jean Lamproe, grandsons Lloyd and William Lewis, great grandchildren, and sister Burla Shatswell. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister D. Elaine Treadaway, and brother William Mattingly.
