Jeffery Elliot Sharrock

Jeffery Elliot Sharrock, a devoted family man and dedicated police officer, passed away on February 27, 2025, in Grove, Oklahoma, at the age of 67. Born on July 7, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, Jeffery's life was a testament to his commitment to service, both in his professional career and within his family.

Throughout his years as a police officer, Jeffery earned a reputation for being a reliable and trustworthy figure in his community. His service extended beyond law enforcement; he also proudly served in the Army as a military policeman, demonstrating his deep sense of duty and loyalty to his country.

Jeffery had a vibrant personality, characterized by his love for his grandchildren and his family. He took immense pride in being there for them, always making time for family gatherings and cherished moments. Jeffery enjoyed watching FOX News, and had a passion for music and movies, particularly from the 70s and 80s rock era.

He is survived by his loving sons, Joshua Sharrock and wife Bonita, and Chris Sharrock, along with his daughter, Jeniffer McNaughton. Jeffery's legacy continues through his grandchildren: Ethen and Rosa Sharrock; Ryan, Ana, and Derrick Sharrock; and Haley, Trevor, Carl, and Jessica McNaughton. He will also be dearly remembered by his brothers, Vincent Sharrock and Rodger Sharrock.

Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents, Rodger and Vera Sharrock, and a beloved grandson, Nicholas Sharrock. 

The world is a lesser place without Jeffery Elliott Sharrock, whose dedication to family and service will be remembered and honored by all who knew him.
