Benjamin Funeral Service ---- Nowata, Oklahoma ---- 918-273-2700 Jerry "Flash" Vernon Pearsall, 73, of Nowata, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville. He was born April 12, 1943 in Nowata to Vernon "Brownie" Pearsall and Donna Madge (Keller) Gibson. Flash, as his friends knew him was a 1961 graduate of Nowata High School. On January 11, 1963 he married Connie Brown in Nowata. They raised their children in Nowata and Flash worked for Reda Pump in Bartlesville, as a machine mechanic. He could fix anything and was always willing to help family and friends when they needed help. Flash enjoyed making knives and doing custom gun work. He liked muzzle loading and going to turkey shoots. Flash was a member of the National Rifle Association, and was a board member of the Nowata County Water District #6. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Flash will be missed by all who knew him. Jerry is survived by his wife, Connie, of the home; a son, Eddie Pearsall and his wife Kendall of Childers; three siblings, Sharon Stierwalt and husband Jerry, Gary Dawson and wife Barbara, Donnie Pearsall and wife Pam; three grandchildren, Kourtney Pearsall, Jarrett Pearsall, Kallee Pearsall and two great - grandchildren, Kendra Sellers and Matthew Darwin Sellers. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Brownie and Wanda Pearsall and W.C. and Madge Dawson and a son David Todd Pearsall. Memorial services are 3:00 P.M., Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the First Church of God in Nowata with Pastor Wendell Abbott officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service.
