Johnny Duffield

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK......918-253-3222....Johnny Glen Duffield, passed away at his home in Eucha, OK on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the age of 56. Johnny was born on November 4, 1958 in Afton, OK, the son of the late Jop Carol Duffield and Margaret Irene (Evans) Duffield. Johnny graduated from Jay High School in 1977. After graduation Johnny worked in construction, the gaming refuge, and the city of Jay until working the last 10 years as a caregiver for the Friendship Home. He married Brenda Gann of Jay on June 21, 2002 in Miami, OK. Johnny enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching Jay football and the Dallas Cowboys. He also loved hanging out with his son and his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his one son J.J. Gann of Jay, OK; good friend and ex-wife Brenda Gann of Jay, OK; two brothers: Robert Duffield and his wife Lesa of Grove, OK, and Jimmy Duffield and his wife Billie of Topsy, OK; three sisters: Shirley Mendoza and her husband Vince of Strang, OK, Sandi Stark and her husband Mike of Wyandotte, OK, and Leanna Buske and her husband Rick of Topsy, OK; good friend Buster Gould of Jay, OK; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Jay, OK on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 2PM with Pastor Johnnie Faught, presiding.
