Luginbuel's South Grand Lake Chapel Langley, 918-782-4400……. Juanita Dee Jeffers passed away November 16, 2017 at Grove Oklahoma. She was born August 04, 1933 in Pensacola, OK; the daughter of Denver Griffin and Nowita (Mulcare) Griffin. Dee Dee was raised and attended school graduating in Ketchum. She met and married John Edward Jeffers the love of her life on April 26, 1952 at Pensacola Methodist Church they celebrated 65 glorious years together. Dee Dee worked as Bell telephone operator, sold real estate and was a postal clerk for the US mail. She enjoyed spending time with her family and raising her children. Dee Dee attended First Baptist Church. She was preceded by her mother, father, husband and son Stewart Jeffers. Dee Dee is survived by daughter Jennifer Jeffers of Langley, son Lee Aaron "Boo" Jeffers of Sportsman Shores, six grandchildren: Jeffery Jeffers, Samantha Jackson and husband Teddy, Jasmine Jeffers, Cory Bogel, Jared Jeffers and wife Kasidy, Jessica Williams and husband Brad, and Jordan Jeffers and wife Jennifer, 4 great grandchildren: Jensen and Micah Jeffers and Preston and Jackson Williams as well as a sister Jenell Wehrli of Tulsa, OK and daughter-in-law Linda Wood of Texas. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Langley First Baptist Church with Pastor Davies Vanpool officiating. Interment will follow at Ghormley Cemetery.
