Judy Kay Goins Wingard passed away Wednesday morning, June 22, 2022, at the age of 82. She was born on June 4, 1940 in the town of Pryor, Oklahoma, to Erasmus Guy and Ella Mae Jackson Goins.

Judy moved to Tulsa and worked for Crager Tractor Supply for many years. Judy was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. Judy had two passions in her life, her love of fishing especially out on a lake, and for the many dogs she had in her life. Although Judy loved city life, she was a small-town girl at heart, she returned to Jay where she graduated from high school so that she could enjoy her retirement and live out the rest of her life.

Judy is survived by: Her sisters Lee Jean Beauchamp of Jay, Annabelle Tuder of Jay, and Geraldine Anderson of Southwest City, MO; and sister-in-law, Sheila Goins of Jay.

Judy is preceded in death by: her parents, Guy and Mae Goins; brothers, Gerald, Gary, Tommy, and Wesley Goins, and cousin, Earl Goins; and sisters, Bette Potter, Maxine Beck, and Dona Mae Fryer. Judy leaves behind many loved ones

Services are under the care of Worley-Luginbuel in Jay.
