Justin was the son of Gary Max Chastain and Barbara Jean (Metz) Chastain. He was born on February 2, 1969 at Fayetteville, Arkansas. Justin was self employed in the construction industry. Justin was preceded in death by his sister Michelle Chastain. He is survived by his father Gary Max Chastain of Maysville, Arkansas, his mother Barbara Chastain of Jay, Oklahoma, one sister Renee Nichols of Southwest City, Missouri, two nieces, Allie Peck of Noel, Missouri and Amber Hammontree of Maysville, Arkansas. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove, Oklahoma with James Bryant officiating.
