Kenneth Caywood

Kenneth Lee Caywood formerly of Grove, Ok died Monday May 8, 2006 at his home in Tulsa, Ok. He was 68. Kenneth was born March 21, 1938 at Eucha, Ok. to John Isaac and Cora Lee (Fields) Caywood. He married Lavona (Caudill) Caywood July 31, 1959 at Grove, Ok. They moved to Tulsa in 1963 while keeping a home in Grove. Kenneth served in the United States Air Force. He then went on to become a welder working for Pipe Fitters, and Piping Engineering. He worked all across the country including Alaska. He was a member of the Pipe Fitters Local 205. Survivors include his wife Lavona Caywood of the home. Three children: Rick Caywood of Sand Springs, Ok., Kevin Caywood of Skiatook, Ok., and Kim Frazier of Grove, Ok. Four sisters: Wanda Smith of Tulsa, Deanie Scott of Broken Arrow, Ok., Mary Drake of Jay, Ok., and his twin sister, Betty Inlow of Drumright, Ok. He also has nine grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by one sister, Louise Tillery. Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday May 11, 2006 at the Independent Baptist Church in Grove with Pastor Marty Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at the Olympus Cemetery in Grove. The Grove Veterans Ritual Team will conduct military honors. Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Wednesday at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Ok.
