Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, OK (918) 256-5555...... Kenneth Lee McKee Sr. 69-year-old Vinita, OK resident passed away at home on October 18, 2018. Kenneth was born September 4, 1949 in Tahlequah, OK to William Sr. and Opal (Christie) McKee. He graduated Wyandotte High School in 1969 and attended NEO A&M College. He then went on to Oklahoma State Okmulgee where he received his Associates degree. Kenneth married Alta Drane on July 3, 1970 in Picher OK and moved to Oklahoma City, OK working for Prime Computer until 1991. He returned to Wyandotte working for Simmons for 10 years. He worked for Blitz in Miami, OK until his retirement. Kenneth loved to play fast pitch softball, watch OU football, read his bible and telling terribly corny jokes. But most of all he loved spending time with his family and will be missed by them.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Alta McKee of the home; two sons Kenny McKee Jr. and wife Amanda of Vinita, OK, Shannon McKee and wife Jodi of Blanchard, OK; siblings, William "Bill" McKee Jr. and wife Rebecca of Cherokee, NC, Sadie McKee of Fairland, OK, Sue Wyatt and husband Jack of Wyandotte, OK, Rick McKee and wife Becky of Miami, OK, and Mary Pickup and husband Boone of Fairland, OK; two grandchildren, Bradly and Kelsi McKee of Blanchard, OK; along with several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Services will be 10:00 am Friday October 26, 2018 in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Kerry Tripeaux officiating.
