Lawanda Tanner

Lawanda Jean "Baby Girl" Tanner, age 36, a resident of Jay, OK died December 3, 2008 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. She was born July 26, 1972 in Gravette, AR the daughter of Jess Mouse and Christine Grass Mouse. She was a lifetime resident of the area where she attending Jay Public School's, and attended Piney Baptist Church. She enjoyed cookout's and spending much of her time with family and enjoyed fishing, camping, cookouts and was worked as a CNA at Betty Ann Nursing center in Grove. Lawanda is survived by her husband of ten years, David Tanner of the home, her father Jess Mouse of Jay, a daughter Bridget Mouse and son Jesse Scott both of Jay, OK 4 brothers, Perry Wolf of Oklahoma City, OK, Justin Mouse, Lucas Mouse, Jason Mouse, all of Jay, OK, six sisters, Terri Petty of Grove, OK, Stephanie Fields, Nancy Wolf, Lisa Mooney all of Jay, OK , Lorilee Wolf of Southwest City, MO amd Gloria Roberts of Zena, OK and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Her mother Christine Mouse, one sister and one brother. Funeral Services will be Monday December 8, 2008 in the Piney Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Stanley Grass officiating with interment to follow in the Piney Cemetery under the direction of the Worley - Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.
