Mark Yorman

Mark A. Yorman, age 63, and resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013, in Bartlesville. Mark Allen Yorman was born November 18, 1950, in Hayward, Wisconsin. He was the son of Alex John Yorman and Elizabeth Marie "Betty" (Prindiville) Yorman. He moved with his family from Wisconsin to Vinita, Oklahoma at an early age, living there before moving to Bartlesville when he was seven years old. Mark attended school in Bartlesville, graduating from Bartlesville College High. He furthered his education by attending NEO A&M in Miami, Oklahoma and NSU at Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mark and Traci O'Hara were united in marriage on December 31, 1998 in Bartlesville. His occupation was Nurseryman at the family business, "Yorman Nursery" in Bartlesville. He also worked at Jane Phillips Medical Center as groundskeeper and retired in 2012. Mark enjoyed gardening, fishing and camping; in fact, he enjoyed anything outside. He loved to cook, but his main enjoyment was his family. He was very much a "family man". Survivors include his wife, Traci of the family home; children, Casey Yorman and his wife, Kristin, of Czech Republic, Carl Yorman and his finance, Kodi Herman, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dewey Yorman and his wife, Sasha, of Bartlesville, and Tara Gray and her husband, Devon, also of Bartlesville; four grandchildren, Caleb Yorman, Beniah Yorman, Tucker Yorman and Lucy Yorman; four sisters, Patricia Yorman of Tucumcari, New Mexico, Elizabeth "Beth" Nickel, of Oakville, California, Mary Espisito and her husband, Robert, of Los Alamitos, California, and Kathy Liebert and her husband, Larry, of Delaware, Ohio; and one brother Rick Yorman and his wife, Diana, of Owasso, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother-in-law, Gil Nickel; and his father-in-law, Leo O'Hare. Friends who wish are asked to donate to the Mark A.
