Marta Weeks

Marta Dawn Weeks (Toombs) passed on October 18, 2022, in Grove, Oklahoma. She was born on August 26, 1949 to Leon Toombs, and Neva Smith in Los Angeles, California. Marta had an amazing talent for baking with a specialty in making fudge and different kinds of sweets. In her spare time, she loved to go to the bowling alley with her friends, reading mystery thrillers by Stephen King, or going to the Casinos and trying her luck at the slots.

Marta is preceded in death by her parents Leon Toombs, and Neva Smith, husband Ore Weeks, and sister Sherry. She is survived by her son Timothy Toombs, and his wife Sally Toombs, grandchildren Troy, Hayden, and Samantha, and sisters Regina, and Karen Pete and Sue Hanson and her best friend (sister) Nan Parrish that was always there for her through it all.

Services are under the care of Worley-Luginbuel funeral home in Grove, Oklahoma.
