Martin Foreman

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK - Martin Foreman, 73 year old, Jay, Oklahoma resident passed away, Thursday, May 22, 2014 following an extended illness. Martin was born on November 12, 1940 in Delaware County, Oklahoma to Richard and Sarah (Birdchopper). Martin was an avid guitar player and enjoyed working on the ranch, he was also fond of hunting, especially, deer and squirrel. Martin preceded in death by five brothers, Thomas, Jack, Lee, Edward, and Charlie, and a nephew who he thought of as a son, Richmond. Martin is survived by two brothers, John Foreman of Salina, Oklahoma, and Andy Foreman of Clouds Creek, Oklahoma, two sisters, Nina Vann of Clouds Creek, Oklahoma, and Mae Wolfe of Colcord, Oklahoma, many nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Martin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Old Clouds Creek Baptist Church, in Clouds Creek, Oklahoma. Pastor Stanley Grass and Reverend Richard Solider will officiate. Frankie Mullin, Dylan Foreman, Matthew Foreman, Calvin Foreman, Tony Foreman, and Marcus Cornshucker will serve as casket bearers. Randy "Chub" Wolfe, Edward Forman, and Bobby John Foreman will serve as honorary casket bearers. Interment will follow at Clouds Creek Cemetery. A visitation for Martin will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday May 26, 2014 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma.
