Mary Davis

Mary E. Davis of Grove, Ok died Monday April 16, 2007 at the Betty Ann Nursing Center. She was 96. Mary was born September 8, 1910 to W.W. and Ada Mae LaRue at Prue, Ok. She married William E. Davis June 15, 1929, he preceded her in death in 1980. Mary has lived in the Grove area since 1962. She loved to fish with her husband on Grand Lake. Mary was preceded in death one great grandson, Luke Davis and one brother, Guy LaRue. Survivors include four children: Norma Bryan and husband Don of Kingsland, Tx., William (Bill) L. Davis of Grove, Ok., Don L. Davis and wife Lydia of Grove, Ok., and Trudi Tipton and husband Mike of Grove, Ok. One sister: Jeanne Dickey of Enid, Ok., along with ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
