Maymie L. (Wallace) Di Muzio 91-year-old resident of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away October 20, 2020 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
She was born May 28, 1929 in Talala, Oklahoma the daughter of Clarence and Goldie Bell (Green) Wallace. Maymie went to school and graduated from Oklahoma City High School. She married the love of her life Carmen Di Muzio on September 19, 1949 in Waco, TX. Maymie had the privilege of traveling all over the world with her husband on his job with Mobile Oil. She attended the First Christian Church for many years until her health would not allow it. Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing, cooking, baking and taking pictures. Maymie liked getting all dressed up for special occasion with jewelry on and in a costume. Her greatest accomplishment was her family, whom she loved unconditionally and always made sure their needs were met. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Maymie is preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Goldie Wallace, her husband; Carmen Di Muzio, and one daughter Sandra Di Muzio Meyer
Survivors include a daughter Patricia Markland, grandchildren Stacy Montgomery, Brian Wollet, and four great grandchildren; Briar Wollet Sydney Stidham, Kruz Montgomery, Kennedy Montgomery, along with and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m. Monday, October 26, 2020, at the Benjamin Funeral Home Chapel in Nowata, Oklahoma, with Pastor Wendell Abbott officiating.
