Michael Ferguson

Michael Reed Ferguson went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2021 at the age of 63.

Michael was born on April 28, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Reed and Jaqueline Ferguson.  He went on to marry the love of his life, Tina Adams on July 21, 1979 in Buena Park, California.

Michael worked at ITT in California for 12 years before moving his family to Oklahoma in 1997.  He continued working in the aerospace industry for 21 years.

Michael was a loving father and devoted husband.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his 5 grandchildren.  Michael’s other great joy in life was motorcycles.  He received his first motorcycle at age 14.  He enjoyed scaring his mother racing motorcross throughout his teenager years.  His love grew to street bikes in his later years.  One of his biggest accomplishments (besides his 3 children) was riding his Harley-Davidson to Sturgis in 2008 at age 50.

Michael was known for his love of life, avid story telling and humorous jokes.

He is preceded in death by his mother Jacqueline Ferguson.  He is survived by wife Tina Ferguson of Grove, OK, his children Joe and Sammie Ferguson of Grove, OK, Sarah Ferguson and Adrian Mussgnug of Murrieta, CA and Kayla and Aston York of Grove, OK, his grandchildren: Nash and Peyton Ferguson, and Avery, Thatcher and Isla York, his father Reed Ferguson of Tulsa, OK and his siblings Lori Thompson, Dana Matson and Steve Ferguson.

Memorial services are scheduled for 3:30 PM, Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Cave Springs Fellowship located at 31600 S. 690 Rd., in Grove, Oklahoma.
