Mildred Twylo Frauenberger Dart Mildred Twylo Frauenberger Dart, 90, died Tuesday morning, June 13, 2006, at Nowata Jane Phillips Medical Center Funeral Services for Mrs. Dart are scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., in the Nowata Church of the Nazarene, 141 S. Pine. Mrs. Dart was born at her parent's home in Coody's Bluff, Oklahoma on October 15, 1915, to Otto William and LouElla (Cox) Frauenberger. Her twin brother, Milton Milo Frauenberger preceded her in death January 11, 1973. She attended grade school at Coody's Bluff and enjoyed relating that she and Milton missed one year of school when the Verdigris River Bridge was being built because her parents didn't want them to cross by boat or swinging bridge. She graduated from Childers High School in 1935. She and Johnnie D. Dart were married December 19, 1936, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. They were married 47 years when he passed away. They established their first home in Nowata, where she continued to live until her death. Mrs. Dart became a member of the Church of The Nazarene February 7, 1965, where she served as Sunday School Superintendent and Junior Teacher for over 30 years. She counted these years of service as very special and continued to talk about her "little" junior boys and girls, even though they are grown with families of their own. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, an infant brother, a sister, Bethel L. Ewers, brothers Olan W. and Milton M. Frauenberger, nephew John T. Ewers, nieces, Thelma Jo Young and Georgia Blundell. Her survivors include a daughter and her husband, Ronda and Frank Locke; grandchildren, Jennifer and Johnnie Pierce, Jerold and Ginger Smith, Jeffrey and Cynnamon Smith. Great Grandchildren, Julie and Luke McDonnell, Johnna Pierce, Chelsea Smith, and Krystine Withers, step grandchildren, Joe and Laura Locke, Nephews and nieces, Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Crupper, Mr. and Mrs. David Crupper, John Crupper, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Frauenberger, Ralph Frauenberger, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Ewers, Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stockwell, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pierce, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Skerbetz, Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Cody, as well as other relatives and friends.
