Mozella Bales

Mozella Marie Bales Grove, Oklahoma Mozella Marie Bales, age 66 died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 in Grove, OK. Mozella was born on March 02, 1940 to Cornsilk and Sallie Mae (Big Acorn) Proctor. She was a devout Christian woman with many friends. Early in Mozella's life she was a preacher, and she enjoyed singing and playing the guitar. Mozella thought of others before herself. Most of all she was a homemaker first and greatly loved her family. Survivors include three sons and one daughter: Shawn Bales, Michael Bales, Darrell Bales and Cheryl Bales. She is also survived by one sister and one brother as well as eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by one brother, Felix Proctor, two sisters, Lila Proctor and Rosie Tagg, and one great grandson. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 pm Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Euwasha Baptist Church in Kenwood, OK. Brother Kenneth and Deena Cope, as well as Brother Jerry Shumaker will officiate. Interment will be at the Euwasha Cemetery immediately following the service. Visitation will be at the church from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday.
